Want to use mobile as a remote for my data and contacts

I am looking for a web application which will help me:
· Store the content available on my cell phone -might be the sms’s I have received or sent, address book information.
· Create groups of my contacts. I can have one contact in more than one group.
· Search the address book/ inbox etc online through GPRS on my cell phone and download or just view the content. It should also be able to possible for me to get the information via sms, in the other cell phone which does not have GRPS
· Send/ receive the content from the cell phone to application or vice versa through sms, removing the dependency of internet availability. (Note: Via net also should be possible).
· Manually upload the content on to the application with the help of the – SIM Card Readers or through data cable of the cell phone
· Update all/selected people in my address book about the change in my cell phone number through a business card message. This message should also have the facility to help my recipient friends to replace my existing contact information on their cell phones. It should even be possible for them to store the same as a message in his inbox. They should receive this information even over their email address.
· Configure various reminders, that are sent to me as a reminder SMS. The from address should be myself (that is my own number)
· Configure default SMS messages or greeting cards to be sent on chosen dates of any special events of my address book contacts. The greeting cards should be even sent to their email addresses.
(Note: I should be able to check the compatibility of the message or the greeting on the recipient’s cell phone. Every greeting card should show the compatible models of cell phones. If I know the model of the cell phone to which I am sending and if the card I have chosen is compatible, I should be able to send the message or card. It should also be possible for me to get information on the model of the phone being used by my recipient, by sending and receiving a test SMS.)
· Create a card of my own, using uploaded photos or available images on the net etc….
· Send a sms with necessary information and trigger the system to send the default card or the sms to an individual or group existing on my account in the application.
· Every SMS that is sent or received should be free of cost. I am ok to receive an advertisement as for sending an SMS. I am even ok for sending the advertisements with the “from address” as my mobile number even to my recipient for every free message I send to them. But I need an option of choosing whether to send a message or card free or charge my cell phone.
